We were in a complete daze when we were informed of our family member passing. Moving through the emotions in a fog and feeling so lost on how to proceed with arrangements. The minute we contacted the Kopicki family funeral homes we were treated like family. They guided us through all the process to bring my Brother in law from CA to Chicago, and walked us through all the funeral arrangements flawlessly. During this Covid time, they made all the accomodations possible to help our family grieve together and accompanied ( as much as restrictions allowed). The paperwork, the pricing, and the staff were all exceptional. Given the sad situation, we could not have had better support and quality of service.
